As part of Moscow International Motor Show, PEUGEOT will present PEUGEOT 408 concept car, which design was created specifically for Russia.

The appearance of PEUGEOT 408 concept car was developed by a Russian designer Alexey Maslov, known for its futuristic design project of Russia One (R1) tram, which has no analogues in the world.


Gilles Vidal, chief designer of Peugeot: "- When we were offered the candidacy of Alexey Maslov for the design of Peugeot 408, we had no doubt that it was his work, as no one else’s will suit our brand in style and emotions. The result exceeded all our expectations."

The design emphasizes the unique technical features of the model, designed specifically for Russia: powerful car for the harsh conditions, the car is solid as a rock.

The concept is aimed at adult confident men with established views and strong position in life, who value reliability and strength. These qualities are reflected in the painting of the car – under layers of varnish, several coats of paint are applied creating surround effect. This unique one kind of a concept car can be seen at Moscow International Motor Show, after which the car will be put up for sale.
